What is this program and how to use it

In fact, there is nothing complicated because this application will not make you do anything out of the ordinary. To start with, the user who downloaded it will need to specify their physique and what their goal is by exercising in the app. Be sure to enter the parameters you will need to calculate your future activity.

It’s worth noting right away that the activity package in the tool consists of 12 basic programmes:

  • A regular workout to get you started right away, suitable for beginners.
  • Over 21 days, the user is encouraged to tweak certain parameters, strengthening the body.
  • 8 training categories

The most important thing is to formulate a clear goal for further gradual achievement.

By choosing an initial level of training, the user is encouraged to gradually increase the pace of physical activity.

If the goal is to lose weight, the workout will not only burn fat but also strengthen your heart.

If you want to prepare for a beach holiday and get your body in shape, choose workout option 3. Increase your endurance, choose level 4.

The next option will suit those who need to work on certain body parts and become more focused.

By choosing the option 6, you improve your mobility and thereby increase your flexibility.

There are programmes that help you to exercise in a comfortable setting for a shorter period of time, as well as to make them more intense.

Please note that each programme is divided into 12 exercises. You can choose your own level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. It all depends on which level is chosen. From this information, Seven notes how the load on the core muscle increases, how much strength is required and whether mobility is increased. You can set the number of sets yourself.

Seven Athletes App

If you want to burn off extra kilos quickly and want to increase the strain on your heart, select the category ‘Weight Loss’ or ‘Extreme Cardio’. Sports bending or flexibility yoga at the Beginner level will help improve mobility.

You can choose from additional forms of exercise offered by the app:

  • Improv. By clicking on the refresh button, the user can get a new set of exercises based on personal preference.
  • Advice from the app.

Set up a personalised workout plan. This function is located in a separate tab and those exercises required by the user are added there. The time to do them is calculated by the app based on the total number of exercises.

It is also possible to download the workout you like. If you can’t exercise without the loud audio accompaniment of an instructor, you can choose a suitable voice.

There is an athlete motivation system. The user has 3 lives given for a marathon that lasts 7 months. If you miss even one session, a life is taken off. Having spent all the lives – you start all over again. For each activity in your personal profile you receive certain rewards from the app. An interesting competition can be between you and your friends added to the app.

The free version includes a quick start exercise. All other complexes will have to be purchased for 600 roubles with a monthly subscription.
